This is a very good photo! I used it for my picture here: [link]
It's fanart of a mobster character from Homestuck.

Awesome! Thank you so much! I have not heard of Homestruck. What is it about?

"Homestuck is about four 13-year old friends who play Sburb, a recently released multiplayer video game with real-life effects. However, the consequences of playing Sburb are further-reaching than they initially appear to be, and what begins as a series of amusing domestic struggles and game-mechanics goofs quickly spirals into a succession of events the likes of which need to be seen to be believed."
The first act is a bit slow, but the story quickly gets better and better. The link in my deviation describes the style of Homestuck, and also links it it's finished predecessor, Problem Sleuth. I highly recommend both.
The picture I drew is based on a character who appears in the largely-unrelated Intermission.

Would it be possible to make a base from this stock photo, of course you will get full credit?

What do you mean by a base? Like using it with other pictures?

I have a policy against nudity when it comes to use of my photos, but if bases are the way they just for aesthetic simplicity, rather than sexual reasons, then yes you may.
